Single-Day Records Sorting

Questions
Common Questions
What kinds of records do you help families organise?
Personal identification documents, correspondence, photographs, household paperwork, and records associated with property or vehicles. We do not handle legal filings, financial instruments, or tax documents — those belong with the relevant professionals. Our scope is the personal and family record.
Do your assistants take documents away from the home?
No. All work happens within your home. If you choose to have certain items scanned, that scanning takes place on-site using equipment brought by our team. Nothing leaves unless the family provides written instruction to that effect.
How long does a Single-Day Records Sorting visit take?
The visit is six hours, with a short break in the middle. Two assistants arrive together. By the end of the day, records are sorted, labelled, and stored, and you receive a printed master index of everything we worked through.
What is included in the Annual Family Archive plan?
Four visits across the year — one per quarter — to add new documents and photographs, update the master index, and keep the archive current. At the close of each twelve-month cycle, we design and print a small family-year booklet as a personal keepsake.
Can I start with the Conversation Starter Set before booking a home visit?
Certainly. Many families find it helpful to gather stories first, then consider how they would like to preserve them. The Conversation Starter Set stands on its own — it does not commit you to any further service.
Do you serve areas outside central Bangkok?
Our team is based in Sathon and regularly visits households across Bangkok. For locations beyond the city, please contact us first — we can discuss travel arrangements and any applicable adjustments to the visit fee.
